② Gongying Silver Flower Congee.
Each time, 60 grams of dandelion, 30 grams of honeysuckle, 100 grams of rice and proper amount of sugar can be used. When making, first put the dandelion and honeysuckle into the casserole, add some water to fry the juice, then remove the dregs to get the medicine juice, and then add the washed rice to boil it into porridge. ③ White gourd, kelp and barley soup.
250 grams of fresh winter melon (with skin), 50 grams of raw barley and 100 grams of kelp can be used each time. When making, first wash the wax gourd, cut it into thick pieces, wash the raw barley to remove the mold particles, and wash the salt and impurities from the kelp, and cut it into thin pieces. ④ Congee porridge.
Each time, 30g of Tuckahoe (100g of fresh product) and 100g of rice can be used. When making, first wash the soil poria cocos, remove the sand mud and skin, cut them into pieces (this process can be avoided if they have been washed, dried and cut into pieces), put them into a casserole, boil them with medium heat, cook for about 30~40 minutes, remove the soil poria cocos residue and extract juice.
