With the rapid development of modern society, people often only rush to work and study, ignoring their own physical health. "Prepuce and phimosis is a disease that plagues the physical and mental health of male friends. Of course, prepuce and phimosis are not a simple type. Below are the seven major medical classifications of prepuce and phimosis;";
、 The atrophic type of phimosis is short and thin, with a tight turban. The two adhere together, limiting the development of the penis. As a result, the penis is short and small, with a deformed penis head, even presenting a hard and flexible structure of contracture. Feeling discomfort or pain during erection can affect sexual function. If the foreskin opening and the external urethral opening are located in the same position, if the foreskin opening stenosis is not severe, urination will not be affected, otherwise there will be dysuria or difficulty urinating.
、 Hypertrophic phimosis, with thickened and overlong prepuce, causes laborious urination, and the urinary line becomes thin and bifurcated. In patients with severe stenosis of the prepuce orifice, the prepuce sac is first filled with urine and becomes spherical, then the urine is discharged. Complications of phimosis include lower urinary tract obstruction, upper urinary tract hydrops, renal function damage, inguinal hernia, anal prolapse, prepuce capititis of the penis, prepuce stones, and frequent stimulation of local inflammation can cause increased nocturia, white spot disease of the penis and foreskin, and papilloma. According to relevant data, 90% of patients with penile cancer are related to phimosis and excessive foreskin.
、 "Encapsulation of the foreskin: refers to the complication of phimosis. When the foreskin is forcibly turned over to the coronal groove due to the narrow opening of the foreskin, a tight band of narrow loops are formed there, which can lead to incarcerated phimosis. It is often caused by children's curious manipulation of the foreskin of the penis, or when the foreskin is turned up without timely restoration, it can also cause incarcerated phimosis.". Due to the narrow opening of the narrow foreskin, the foreskin cannot be turned back and repositioned, causing blood circulation disorders in the penis head, resulting in edema of the penis head and foreskin, and unbearable pain. If not treated promptly, erosion, ulcers, and even necrosis and detachment of the penis head may occur at the narrow site.
、 Physiological phimosis: Most of these phimosis are congenital. There is a slight adhesion between the inner surface of the foreskin and the surface of the glans in newborns, which prevents the foreskin from turning over to the coronal groove. This type of phimosis is called physiological phimosis. Within 2-3 years after birth, it naturally disappears as epithelial adhesions are absorbed.
、 Genuine phimosis: Genuine phimosis can easily cause some diseases and have serious effects on the body. It generally refers to those whose foreskin cannot be turned over to the coronary sulcus after the age of three. Sometimes the opening of the foreskin is as small as the tip of a needle, which hinders the development of the penis. During urination, urine accumulates within the foreskin, causing the foreskin to expand as a ball. "True phimosis requires circumcision before the age of 9 years, otherwise it can easily cause prepuce balanitis and urethral stricture.". In addition, phimosis can easily form foreskin scaling if not treated promptly. Accumulation of foreskin scaling can form foreskin scaling stones, and long-term stimulation can induce canceration.
、 Pseudophimosis: Pseudophimosis, which can reveal the glans by pulling it down with your hand when erecting, and even automatically breaks out when erecting. "Most phimosis are pseudosexual, so there are no barriers to sexual activity.".
、 Secondary phimosis: In cases where the foreskin is too long, scar formation at the foreskin opening due to trauma and infection can result in narrowing of the foreskin opening, and the foreskin cannot be turned up. This type of phimosis is called secondary phimosis, and it is very serious and requires surgical treatment.
